# Common issues

This page includes all known errros than can appear on iTweakHub.

## "Error, unable to load the source"

This means that iTweakHub cannot add the source that you are trying to add.

* Verify the format of the source and see if the source respects the AltStore format.
* Paste the code on Safari and see if a JSON file is loading, if yes, verify the format, if no, the URL is broken
* See if the source has a "name" propriety to name the source

## "Invalid source detected. Do you want to remove it ?"

This means that iTweakHub detected an invlid source on it's local storage. Invalid = 404 or bad format.

* Delete the source by clicking "OK".

### "Error 404 - Page not found"

This means that you're on an unknown page of iTweakHub. 

* Tap "Home"  to return to the home page.
* Contact us, we will solve the issue.
