Common issues

This page includes all known errros than can appear on iTweakHub.

"Error, unable to load the source"

This means that iTweakHub cannot add the source that you are trying to add.

  • Verify the format of the source and see if the source respects the AltStore format.

  • Paste the code on Safari and see if a JSON file is loading, if yes, verify the format, if no, the URL is broken

  • See if the source has a "name" propriety to name the source

"Invalid source detected. Do you want to remove it ?"

This means that iTweakHub detected an invlid source on it's local storage. Invalid = 404 or bad format.

  • Delete the source by clicking "OK".

"Error 404 - Page not found"

This means that you're on an unknown page of iTweakHub.

  • Tap "Home" to return to the home page.

  • Contact us, we will solve the issue.
